Custom Steel Gate with Nutec Boards – Residential Property
Vortex Contractors recently completed the design, fabrication, and installation of a fully custom-made steel gate with Nutec board infill for a residential property. The project combined precision engineering with detailed craftsmanship to deliver a solution that was both functional and visually seamless.
The gate was fabricated from durable steel and finished with Nutec boards, selected for their strength, low maintenance, and modern appeal. To ensure complete harmony with the property, the gate was paint-matched to the existing house, while the lock, hinges, and hardware were handpicked to achieve both security and aesthetic consistency.
For durability and longevity, the steel components were powder-coated, while the gate was installed using chemical anchors, providing a secure and lasting fit. During installation, all surrounding walls were plastered and painted, delivering a neat, professional finish.
